About Medicine Wheel

Jessica Arroyo

Thank you for the trust you place in walking this journey with intention and care.

My name is Jessica. For over a decade, I have been devoted to studying and practicing ancestral traditions rooted in indigenous wisdom from Mexico and South America. My path has included formal study in shamanic traditions as well as personal mentorship within ancestral lineages.

From a young age, I felt called toward honoring cycles, earth connection, and the sacred relationship between the human and the divine. That calling deepened through years of personal transformation, study, and lived experience.

Today, my work weaves together ceremonial space holding, integration support, embodied photography, and continued education. I am committed to creating grounded containers where insight can be reflected upon, embodied, and carried into daily life.

Integration is central to my approach. Transformation does not end in an experience. It continues through reflection, accountability, and conscious action. Through individual sessions and guided processes, I support people as they make meaning of their transitions and anchor change in sustainable ways.

Photography became a natural extension of this work. The Conscious Portrait Experience is an invitation to witness oneself fully, to document a threshold, to celebrate becoming, and to embody presence.

Alongside this work, I continue my academic and professional development in counseling studies, deepening my understanding of growth, identity, and human development.

It is an honor to witness others as they move through their own thresholds of remembrance and becoming.

With gratitude and respect, I am here to walk alongside you in reflection, embodiment, and intentional integration.

We have a highly trained and experienced team, which has knowledge in both Western and traditional medicine practices, with a holistic vision that incorporates the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. We believe in guiding with compassion and empathy.

We recover ancestral knowledge based on Initiation cultures around the world and unite them practically. The majority of our Teachings are mostly based on the intact wisdom received hundreds of years ago, passed down from generation to generation, by the indigenous communities of the Peruvian Andes.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create safe and intentional spaces that invite self knowledge, reflection, and embodied growth.

Through ceremonial gathering, integration support, education rooted in ancestral wisdom, and creative expression, we offer opportunities for individuals to reconnect with themselves and walk their path with awareness and responsibility.

We believe that healing unfolds through presence, accountability, community, and creativity. Our work is grounded in love, empathy, compassion, respect, artistic expression, and integrity. These principles guide every container we hold.
