“I wanted to say one last time, THANK YOU!!!! I’ll try to make this my last lengthy text repeating myself. It’s Tuesday and I’m still integrating back to this other world of consumerism. I’m not letting go of what I learned, felt, and saw. But you, the team who led us through this journey, from the blessings, the hugs, the drums, the vocals, the sound healing, all the way to the Cacao ceremony where I cried my eyes out more by telling myself “I’m good enough”. It’s just so overwhelming (in a good way). I feel like I can appreciate and accept who I am, what my past was and have gratitude for the world we share with one another. I think everyone said to one another “I love you” which is to not be taken lightly, but I truly feel everyone felt that love amongst one another and none of this could have been done without you all leading the way. You all have been a blessing to us this weekend. A weekend to not be forgotten. Thank you again.”

“I wanted to tell you about my experience I had with Medicine Wheel and the School of Shamanic Initiation here in Austin. It was an Ayahuasca journey. It was my second one. It was a weekend retreat. And it was my fifth group setting. I’ve had three other ones with psilocybin and I’ve had numerous experiences by myself.
I’ve used these plant medicines to enhance what I’m already working on. Whether it be forgiveness, cultivating self love, healing from trauma, or gratitude and spiritual connection. I use them periodically to amplify the growth I’m already having to bring me to a higher evolution of my consciousness and healing.
This group was recommended to me by one of my participants in my breathwork and sound healing sessions that I do. I was so impressed from the very beginning when I applied to attend. You can’t just pay money and go, you have to be accepted and you have to fill out a questionnaire about your experience, your intention, your health, and then they talk on the phone. Once they accept you, they start to send you a lot of information, a lot of tips and information about preparation, your diet, your mind, your intention, all kinds of tips and going into this kind of experience, as well as podcasts and documentaries about the experience. You get a lot more out of the experience when you prepare yourself physically and mentally and have an intention. During the ceremonies the experience was absolutely amazing, then afterwards, great information about integration, tips helping you and offering to talk to you with no additional charge to integrate what you experienced. I is just amazing how much integrity and responsibility that they take on
The actual ceremonies were really beautiful and different from other experiences I’ve had. The sacred place out in nature. That was the first time I was ever totally in nature. I’ve been close to it or I could walk out to it. But it was never in it the entire time and that was super magical. I was really excited for it. I knew it would be very special.
We had a fire in the middle of our circle and an ofrenda, where you offer gifts to the spirits and nature. ceremonies and then one cacao ceremony at the very end which was also very beautiful. During each ceremony, all three women sang to us in Spanish and English. Their voices were like angels and the song’s lyrics were beautiful. It was absolutely amazing. They played crystal singing bowls and other instruments, chimes, etc.. If any of the participants needed help dealing with any emotions or anything that was coming up for us, visions or whatever, the women were right there to help and were very attentive when you needed them. But they always respected your space and understood that everybody had their inner work they needed to do.
My intention in the first ceremony was gratitude and in the second ceremony I asked to have anything revealed to me that needed to come up and I needed to heal from. In both ceremonies I got exactly what I needed. I experienced an amazing connection and massive healing. This was the first time I had a group session where there were only women facilitators. The Divine Feminine energy there was just incredible and I had never felt that during past ceremonies. In all three ceremonies I felt safe and embraced with so much divine feminine energy. Unfortunately I didn’t have close relationships with many females in my life, so I never felt the kind of healing and beautiful energy that I felt in that sacred space with these women.
There were eight participants and three facilitators and all of the participants had different experiences, but all of them were absolutely 100% and were very satisfied and fulfilled in a very big way about each of their experiences. I highly recommend this group if you’re on a healing journey and you really want to dig in, this is a great opportunity for you to do so.”
“Hope all is well in your life. I hadn’t realized this email thread was for everyone that helped out during our ayahuasca ceremony, and the integration process (Shaba)! So, I just wanted to take time to honor you, and thank you for such a life changing experience that you have all been apart of.
My time after ayahuasca has been some of the most beautiful and alive moments I have ever felt! It’s as though I am completely rebirthed and seeing the world a new, especially my inner world! Yes I had knowledge and have had spiritual experiences, but I never truly knew how to integrate it in my daily life. I now feel, as opposed to just knowing. I am able to map out and see where I want to go like never before!
The broken child, and the human in me feels restored and healed!

“The food was excellent!! I did not snack after but others did and were happy the kitchen was open. It all felt healthy and nourishing and fresh. I appreciated that I could opt out of sananga and tobacco, but would have liked more information or discussion about it at some point. I enjoyed the podcast also. I listen to many podcasts daily on mental health, science, wellness, society and culture, as I find it an efficient way to passively learn while doing other tasks or walking, and appreciate learning always. If it would be useful or interesting, I would be willing to talk about ayahuasca from a psychiatrist’s perspective on an episode! “De un comienzo, los correos con información que mandas antes de la ceremonia fueron bastante instructivos hasta para mi, que ni siquiera es mi primera vez. Toda la comunicación hasta el momento de llegar al retiro fue excelente, así que es algo que deberían seguir haciendo.
Con respecto al retiro en si, todo maravilloso, realmente. El cuidado y atención que ponen ustedes durante todo el tiempo del retiro es perfecto, en específico durante las ceremonias. De el lugar, a la estructura del fin de semana con respecto a los horarios, etc. me parecieron muy bien. Una de las cosas que antes no le solía sacar el mejor beneficio (al menos yo) era la ceremonia del domingo con una mínima dosis de Aya. “It’s been almost 3 weeks since we had the March Ceremony !
Those two nights have been the most difficult yet most transforming time of my life.
And those two days were the happiest , love filled days of my life.
Every now and then I get flashes of the sparkling moments we experienced during the ceremony.

For me the most memorable moment of the ceremony was Shaba giving us the “Love” mantra and we all giving each other a big group hug chanting “Love” , that unique moment I feel has opened up my heart and transformed me from an egoistic proud self righteous individual to all encompassing all loving being who can witness and others struggles and be kind and loving towards everyone. Yesterday someone was playing The Beatles’ “All you need is love” and all the memories come flashing back from that love chant moments ! Keeping the spirits of those precious moments alive sending you all my sisters and brothers tight hugs and plenty of love. I love you all “awesomest” and “bestest’’ people ever
