The Initiation Treatment​

  • The Initiation (inoculation) is a fundamental process when working with Kambo for the first time.

  • 3 Kambo Ceremonies within a 28 day period.  Preferably 3 consecutive days.

  • 9AM- 12PM each day unless otherwise agreed.  Participant can return home each day after ceremony.

What is kambo?

Kambo is the powerful medicine, potent secretion of the green giant monkey tree frog, Phyllomedusa Bicolor, which lives in the upper areas of the Amazon Rainforest. It has no natural predators – even snakes spit it back out if they swallow them-. The frog is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, French Guiana, Suriname and Venezuela. On an emotional, energetic and Spiritual level, Kambo has an extremely mystical intelligence to it and is a very strong Spirit. It knows what you need and enters the field of the person when they decide to work with Kambo, an initiation within itself, way before they even get to ceremony.

The use of Kambo differs amongst tribes but the main indigenous tribes uses it to lifting Panema – an indigenous name for dark, dense, negative energy and also it is use for Hunting Magic – they believe it increases their speed and energy during hunting and that it makes the hunter invisible by temporarily eliminating their human odor. There are many ways they use it medicinally too, including: malaria, snake bites, fevers, infections, fertility problems, to cleanse, detox and strengthen the mind and body, to increase energy and stamina and to reduce pain.

Health Precautions

Kambo has no psychoactive compounds, has no known detrimental side effects when it is responsibly administered it is completely safe. There are very few people who cannot take it, but this is not an exhaustive list so please let us know beforehand if you have serious health problems. Treatment cannot be given to those who are or have had: 

  • Breastfeeding a child under 1 year

  • Serious heart conditions including pacemaker, valve disease, bypass surgery and enlarged heart

  • Blood clots

  • Addisons disease

  • Extremely low blood pressure that is controlled by medication.

  • Stroke or Aneurysm or Bleeding in the brain.

  • Serious Mental Health conditions.

  • Organ transplant surgery

  • Under 18

  • Fasting or at the end of a Fast (we can discuss in advance)

  • If you are menstruating at the time of treatment, Kambo may well cause the flow to increase for 24 hours because it contains powerful Vasodilators. (we can discuss it in advance)

  • If you are Asthmatic, ensure that you have your inhaler with you. ( we can discuss in advance)

  • If you are Diabetic (it is important to discuss your treatment in advance).

  • Pregnant

  • Other medicinal treatments (discuss in advance)

  • You must inform us if you have ever or are currently suffering from a mental health condition, regardless of whether or not you are taking medication. In most cases it is usually completely safe for you to continue taking your normal medication and supplements but please discuss this beforehand. The administration of hape (tobacco snuff) and sananga eye drops, before or after Kambo may be offered, to help you engage in meditation, to cleanse the energetic field, and to honor the medicine and your body. Please read the information pdfs that were sent to you about Kambo, Hape and Sananga. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other natural medicine program to determine if it is right for your needs. Any questions you may have please let us know.

Cautions:

  • Severe eating disorders

  • Menstrual flow, will increase for 24-36 hours

  • Alcohol or drugs within 24 hours of Kambo

  • Certain Herbal or nootropic (smart drug) supplements within 48 hours

  • Asthma, must have an inhaler present

  • Diabetes, fasting exceptions if required

  • Major acute or chronic illness

  • Colonics, enemas, liver flushes, or any water based detox 3 days before and after.
